About Us
Mandy Deiraniya has utilised her 20 years of medical experience as a RGN within the NHS to provide a dedicated service to leading solicitor firms who specialise in clinical negligence and serious injury claims.
We are a Cornwall based company who have been trading since 2008 providing case work to firms throughout the UK. We have team members working in the North and provide a UK wide service. We have a combined 40 + years experience in clinical negligence.
About The Team
Mandy Deiraniya has also worked inhouse at Irwin Mitchell within the medical records team. She has worked with in all areas of clinical negligence, serious injury, multi-trauma, brain injury, spinal injury and catastrophic injury.
Other members of the team have an extensive knowledge working in-house and privately within all areas of clinical negligence but with special interests in obstetric issues, neonatal, group actions, travel abroad, pharmaceutical claims and abuse.

How We Work
Our team will organise medical records to suit your requirements typically in chronological order and by GP, hospital trust and other providers. These records are subdivided, book marked digitally into relevant sections, paginated and a detailed index created.
Each document within the records is then reviewed and a detailed chronology (if requested) prepared which identifies pertinent medical issues depending upon case instructions and the issues of breech and causation.
